“How are Infitiny’s Programs different from everyone else’s out there?”

Our strength programs are thoughtfully and expertly designed for a specific outcome - quite simply to get stronger, safely, over time.

This might sound simple. But it’s not.

Other “programs” are just a bunch of workouts put together. Typically, a “3-week” or “6-week” program will be 3-6 of the same workouts, repeating several times over the weeks. This is fine if all you want is a good workout. But also kinda boring. More importantly …

If your goal is to actually get STRONGER and PROGRESS over time, your program must be designed with PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD - to progress and increase in intensity (weight/reps/sets) throughout and across training phases. Otherwise, you’re just bustin’ a sweat with no great result.

A good program must also build in benchmarks testing, tracking, rest days, deload or down phases. It must also factor in load, stress and “time under tension” from a weekly and micro-cycle view.

Finally, each individual workout is specifically designed to be balanced (i.e. balancing joint use, muscle groups and various movement patterns) both within each individual workout and across the week.
