  • This is our higher tempo, super challenging 3-day/week strength and conditioning program.

    These are dynamic, high-intensity resistance training (“HIRT”), full body workouts. Build muscle, build cardio capacity, and improve your agility, balance and coordination!

    This is a great program for athletes of all disciplines to support their other sports.

  • Experienced athletes looking to:

    • Build stability, strength and power to support other sports

    • Increase confidence in the gym

    • Learn or improve challenging compound and plyometric movements

    • Improve cardio capacity

    • Workouts delivered to you via fitness app for as long as you subscribe

  • Here’s a list of recommended equipment to get the most out of this program:

    • Barbell, plates and rack

    • Set of dumbbells (5-50 lb.)

    • Set of kettlebells (min. 10, 12, 16kg)

    • Long loop resistance bands (light, medium and heavy)

    • Gymnastics rings or TRX

    • Bench

    • Plyo-box

    • Flat, hard-soled shoes (lifters optional)
