Mind Over Matter

Full power day!

Squat, bench, deads in one sess - haven't done much training like this before. Moderate/heavy weight and reps so far (don't think I'll be doing full power days at maximal loads). Feels awesome to incorporate the main lifts multiple times/week - grease the wheel as I say! Regaining confidence feeling the weight on my body.

This sport is as much mental as it is physical. Our body is usually capable of so much more than we think it is. It really is mind over matter.

Once you start to BELIEVE you can do it, the sky's the limit. That's when you're training really takes off and you start to see the gains.

Squats for 3s
Rack pulls (DLs) for 3s
Tempo bench for 5s
Bulgarian split squats for 10s
Pallof press and other accessories
