This is our higher tempo, super challenging 3-day/week strength and conditioning program.
These are dynamic, high-intensity resistance training (“HIRT”), full body workouts. Build muscle, build cardio capacity, and improve your agility, balance and coordination!
This is a great program for athletes of all disciplines to support their other sports.

Here’s a list of recommended equipment to get the most out of this program:
Barbell, plates and rack
Set of dumbbells (5-50 lb.)
Set of kettlebells (min. 10, 12, 16kg)
Long loop resistance bands (light, medium and heavy)
Gymnastics rings or TRX
Bench
Plyo-box
Flat, hard-soled shoes (lifters optional)
