Fuel and Train

We don't diet and exercise; we fuel and train.

There is a time and place in weight management for calorie reduction, but generally if you aim to replace fat mass with lean muscle mass, you need to (1) train hard and (2) fuel your body.

Our 10-day eat more veggies challenge is going great! Our group is sharing lots of recipes and inspiring one another to make healthier choices.

I personally feel great, and trying lots of veggies I don't typically eat (e.g. beets, ick). I even dropped a couple pounds in less than a week, which was not at all intention. No calorie restriction. Just replacing processed refined carbs with good fibre rich, quality, nutrient dense whole foods.

Set your intention this week to keep eating more veggies and fuelling up to support all that you do!
